The “owners”:
Massimo was born in 1968 in Varese, has a technical diploma, and has a 20 years experience in management in Switzerland. His working background gives him an orientation to efficiency and customer satisfaction, as his own priorities.
Alessandro was born in 1974 in Milan, has an economics diploma, and has a specific experience in sales and marketing in the field of cars end bikes accessories. Having a good knowledge of communication and new technologies, his main personal contribution is the creation of a new young image of the shop.
The “talents”:
Ivan was born in Varese and has a degree in mechanics; he's also a young talent both in our workshop and in motocross competitions across Lombardy. Being very good in finding and solving problems, and having an “iron” will power, he's the technical manager of the workshop. He's with us since the very beginning, believing in this project and earning our trust and admiration: we decided to invest on Ivan in order to make a difference in the quality of our service, both in the shop and on the motocross fields (since he teaches in our off-road courses).
Diego was born i Varese, is working with us since 2010. He is the guy that does cover all the funcions when we are not in the shop. Funambolic talent on trial bike is also able to find the time to produce a very good honey home made. He is the person with who you will spoke on the phone or find in the shop, he will do his best to help you and find solutions.
The “wizard”:
Riccardo, was born in Varese, and he's the “secret weapon” of Motovarese, the only bike shop in Varese that managed to convince this wizard in a long term project. He's a genius of mechanics, famous for his brilliant inventions and intuitions that were published on prestigious technical magazines, and he's part of the team of Motovarese! He's responsible of the preparation and elaboration of the “specials”, and of the personalization of suspensions and settings.
